Today I was excited to find the latest adaptation of Hercules on Netflix.
Having endured his legendary twelve labours, Hercules, the Greek demigod, has his life as a sword-for-hire tested when the King of Thrace and his daughter seek his aid in defeating a tyrannical warlord.
As a big Dwayne Johnson fan, Hercules seemed like the role he was born to play. It was full of the same type of humour as The Scorpion King with all of the action you’ve come to expect from his movies. Now here’s my take on the demigod.
I’m pleased to say this was another leather outfit (short of the Nemean Lion‘s head) but the Hood of Stilled Winds makes a decent substitute.
I’ll have to see if it’s available through our cable yet as it sounds like my kind of movie.
Hope you like it as much as I did. Some people bagged it but I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it.
Yay another costume post :) I hated that helm in MoP but at least it’s got a costume use now in this post :)
Yeah, I don’t like it much either but it was the closest I could find. Did you see my Furiosa feature the other day?
