I always thought Blood-Queen Lana’thel was the coolest looking boss in ICC, especially when you could look somewhat like her but it was quite difficult collecting the pieces back then.
During Wrath I had a similar gown which I wore during our first BQL kill on 25. However, I knew if I wanted to pull off the look I would need the one from Sindragosa. A few years later, I began collecting the pieces which was pretty easy until the robes proved much harder to see.
When Blizzard released the Armored Bloodwing in May, I was determined to go back and try my luck. Today it finally dropped. To celebrate I summoned my Argent Squire to retrieve the other pieces only to find a couple were still sitting in the mail (as they have been for the last few months – thanks to the item restoration service). All-in-all, I don’t think she looks too bad without the belt and weapon.
Vampira
Cowl of Malefic Repose
Robes of Azure Downfall – Sindragosa
Cord of the Patronizing Practitioner – Lord Marrogar
Icecrown Spire Sandals – Deathbringer Saurfang
I may head back to collect Lana’thel’s Bloody Nail sometime but I’ll see how I go with the staff I’ve been trying to collect.
Cool thinks I should use this as my Disc set but think I’ll stick to the plan and use it as shadow.
nice! I wouldn’t mind getting that myself for shadow!
Thx. GL with it.
That is such a great look for shadow!
I thought so too although this set doesn’t match the bat as well.
Cymre, it’s stunning – wowza!
I don’t normally show headpieces. Let’s see how long this lasts… :P
It is a way cool shadow sense to it, just wish you could see it more in shadow form. That’s why I don’t MOG my spriest much. I do like that look, though! Grats on the drop!
I love the Glyph of Shadow, sadly I don’t have it on my alliance priest.
